Our foundry maintains the latest equipment available for applying the unique "Lost Wax" investment casting process. These castings require little or no machine work and can be cast with either ferrous or non ferrous materials including all grades of stainless steel, high and low grade carbon steel and bronze and aluminum. Wax or plastic is injected into the die that has been computer generated, from your design and engineered for accuracy.

From start to finish your design/idea is carefully constructed, in the most economical, quality controlled method possible.

A single wax impression is made for each part to be cast. This method makes it possible to economically produce extremely accurate parts of almost any shape in finer detail and smoother finish. Complex parts with holes, slots, serration's and knife edges can all be produced "as cast".
