Furnace Process
The ceramic coated trees are placed in the autoclave for removal of the wax. After the wax has been removed the shells are then kiln fired to cure the ceramic in temperatures up to 2000 degrees.

Prior to pouring, a trained technician analyzes each melt for quality content and temperature. Molten metal is then poured into the ceramic molds under the supervision of an experienced operator. Vacuum or centrifugal force is sometimes used while temperatures are kept constant.
